Matthew L. Mullins

Matt practices in the area of business and corporate law, including real estate transactions, leases, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Matt is a licensed title agent for both First American Title Insurance Company of Louisiana and Chicago Title Insurance Company.

Immediately prior to joining the Firm, Matt was Corporate Counsel for a regional construction and crane company whose primary focus was oilfield and pipeline related construction. Before that, Matt was a partner at Taylor, Porter, Brooks & Phillips, L.L.P., a regional law firm based out of Baton Rouge.
