Bio
Hays is a founding member of Alexander Sides. Hays has experience in a wide variety of complex business transactions, including commercial and industrial real estate transactions, public / private partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, business formations, partnership / operating agreements, joint ventures, master services agreements, commercial leases, and offshore construction projects. He is listed among the top real estate lawyers in the State of Louisiana by Chambers USA (2011). Prior to forming Alexander Sides, Hays was a partner in the Business, Corporate and Real Estate group of Kean Miller, LLP, a large regional law firm.
EDUCATION
Hays earned his B.S. in Marketing from Louisiana State University in 1999.
He earned his J.D. from the Loyola University New Orleans School of Law in 2002.
