Bio

With over 25 years of legal experience, Jeremy has a practice that focuses on complex commercial transactions, including real estate sales, purchases, and developments; commercial leasing; commercial lending and finance; entity formation; mergers and acquisitions; and other general business transactions. Over the years, Jeremy has used his wealth of knowledge and experience to counsel both local and national clients on various real estate acquisitions, developments, and sales, including office buildings, apartment complexes, hotels, shopping centers, residential subdivisions, commercial offices, retail parks, self-storage facilities, and condominium developments. Jeremy has represented both landlords and tenants in negotiating commercial leases and has represented both lenders and borrowers in lending and finance transactions.  

Jeremy has been a guest lecturer at LSU Law School and has lectured at continuing legal education seminars on purchase agreements, leases, and other commercial real estate matters. Jeremy has an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Prior to joining Alexander Sides, Jeremy worked at several large regional law firms, as well as a boutique real estate and transactional firm.
