Bio
JD joined Alexander Sides in 2025 and practices in the area of business transactions, including commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and business formations. Immediately prior to joining the firm, JD was an associate at Butler Snow LLP in their litigation, regulatory, and governmental practice groups.

JD received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Mississippi College School of law in 2024 where he served as a Staff Writer on the Mississippi College Law Review
JD received his B.S. in accounting from Louisiana State University
